DMCA Policy

ToolistHub ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

If you believe that content available on or through ToolistHub infringes your copyright, please submit a notification as described below. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send a written communication to our designated copyright agent that includes the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL or description).
4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who filed the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

ToolistHub provides online tools for document conversion, AI content generation, and image editing. Files uploaded by users are processed temporarily and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not permanently store, distribute, or publish user-uploaded content.

We act in good faith and make reasonable efforts to ensure that our platform is not used for copyright infringement. By providing these tools, we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content users choose to process through our services.
